Job Description:
Paper Processor/Indexers responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Coordinate, and when needed, retrieve mail from the Orem Post Office daily
- Sort/Separate/Scan in all mail that was received that day
- Locate in the archive and rescan images that are unreadable due to missing pages, poor scan quality, etc.
- Must organize and archive received mail daily, once documents are scanned, also facilitate document destruction as needed
- Return non-transactional mail to customers via Fed Ex
- Index images once all paper related tasks are complete
- Stay up to date by consistent attention to Teams chat and/or company emails
- Must obtain 95% accuracy or higher while indexing and strive to complete the hourly goal of images indexed
- Any other actions deemed necessary and required by management
Qualifications:
EDUCATION BACKGROUND:

- High School Diploma or higher
|
WORK EXPERIENCE:
|
- Preferred past office experience in typing, scanning, and filing
|
SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS:
|
- Knowledgeable in Computer applications
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel)
- Proficient Typing Speed
|
ELIGIBILITY:
|
- Must have reliable transportation and have a Class D license
|
