We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to give technical support to end users by doing question diagnostics and leading them through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, fixing invoice routing issues, addressing username and password issues, and assisting with navigating around application menus. Technical solutions shall be properly communicated in a user-friendly, professional manner to provide support.
Resolve technical issues and respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in support of clients who use system solutions.
Maintaining client satisfaction throughout the service process
Responding to client support request tickets, calls, and emails:
Assigning ticket severity
Updating service work notes
Maintaining ownership of service tickets throughout the life span of the support request
Providing updates, status, and completion information to management
Proficiency with in-bound and out-bound phone calls
Strong proficiency with Excel and other Office products and software programs
Strong proficiency with email
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail and personal organization
Ability to troubleshoot over the phone
Sit for long periods of time at desk
Compensation and Benefits
$15.00 per hour
