Entry Level Technological Support Agent

Hours:  Full Time Only 

Early shift: Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Late shift: Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM*

Onsite- Provo, Utah office location

Position Description

Job Duties 

  1. Deliver technical support via phone, email, and chat channels.
  2. Efficiently manage and resolve assigned tickets.
  3. Leverage and add to knowledge bases.
  4. Identify and escalate urgent issues.
  5. Exhibit professionalism on tasks and tickets.
  6. Utilize basic SQL for troubleshooting purposes.
  7. Perform regression testing as necessary.
  8.  Complete other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Dependable attendance and a proactive approach to learning.

 Note: While familiarity with SQL is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite for this role. Training will be provided to successful candidates.

*Training will begin on the early shift until you are ready to stand on your own on the later shift.
