The following cancellation policy shall apply to training at DocuPhase:
- Registrants who have been confirmed for specific training sessions may reschedule or cancel reservations for full refund up to 15 business days before the scheduled class start date either by calling or emailing DocuPhase.
- Individuals who cancel a confirmed enrollment less than 15 business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the enrollment will be billed for 30 percent of the full tuition fee.
- Individuals who cancel a confirmed enrollment less than five business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the enrollment will be billed for 100 percent of the full tuition fee. Those who fail to appear for training as scheduled will be billed for 100 percent of the full tuition fee.
- DocuPhase reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of a training class at any time. Registrants will be notified by DocuPhase of cancellation or rescheduling 15 days prior to training class date.
- In the event a training class is canceled, the Registrant is entitled to a full refund. DocuPhase shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Registrant as a result of a cancellation or reschedule. This includes airfare or other transportation costs, hotel expenses or other damages which the Registrant may suffer.
- To maximize the effectiveness of our training session, DocuPhase requires a minimum number of training attendees per class. The minimum number of participants for each training class is 3 persons. If the minimum is not met 15 days prior to scheduled training class, DocuPhase reserves the right to cancel the training class or abbreviate the length of the training class. DocuPhase shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Registrant as a result of a cancellation or reschedule. This includes airfare or other transportation costs, hotel expenses or other damages which the Registrant may suffer.
- If a training class is canceled by DocuPhase due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. weather, natural disaster), the Registrant is entitled to a full class credit which must be used within 3 months of the date of the original class. DocuPhase shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Registrant as a result of a cancellation or reschedule. This includes airfare or other transportation costs, hotel expenses or other damages which the Registrant may suffer.
