Registration

How do I register for training?

Training is available to all DocuPhase end-users and partners. To register for an upcoming course, select from the available dates listed in the training registration form.

Is there a deadline to submit my registration form?

The deadline to register for a course is 2 weeks before the beginning of the training session.

What are the benefits of technical certification?

Technical certification equips your technical staff with a wide range of knowledge and tools to effectively deploy, configure and maintain DocuPhase systems. Certification ensures that end users have learned everything they need in order to be successful, and that our partners are in a good position to support customers, and remain compliant with our Partner Agreement.

What are the start and end times for the training classes?

All training classes run from 9 am – 5 pm with a break for lunch and two breaks throughout the day. Attendees should not schedule return flights on the last day of training before 6PM.

What should I bring to a training course?

Each student will have access to a computer and training materials. Please bring something to write with as you may wish to take notes throughout the class.

What is covered in the Document Management Core and Web Forms Core training?

The first week of training covers the Document Management and Web Form Cores and includes:

  • Instructor led sessions on DocuPhase general concepts
  • Group Discussions
  • Exploration/Understanding of the Web Forms Designer
  • Hands-On Activities in live environments
  • Troubleshooting Workshops
  • DocuPhase “Best Practices”

The training courses will cover:

  • Internal workings of the DocuPhase platform
  • The Document Management Lifecycle
  • Application creation and configuration
  • Web Form creation and configuration
  • User configuration and permissions
  • Document ingestion, search, and retrieval

Throughout the week, we will be asking participants to work with some basic business analyses, planning, problem solving, and creativity. In order to fully configure and command DocuPhase, knowledge of SQL servers, JavaScript, and HTML will be very helpful.

Document Management Core and Web Forms Core will conclude with a multiple choice test and practical. A passing grade will ensure that end users are learning everything they need in order to be successful, and that our partners are in a good position to support customers, and remain compliant with our Partner Agreement.

What is done during Progression Training?
Successful completion (and retention) of Document Management Core (formerly “iSynergy” training)  is a pre-requisite for participating in Progression. In order to appropriately explore the power and capabilities of Progression, DM Core basics need to be muscle memory.

The week of Process Automation Core includes:

  • Product demonstrations
  • Exploration of the Progression Designer
  • Group Discussions
  • Hands-On Activities in live environments
  • Troubleshooting Workshops
  • Instructor led sessions on Process Design and Analyses Pitfall
  • DocuPhase “Best Practices”

During this week, we will cover:

  • Progression Process planning
  • Progression Process mapping
  • Configuring Assignments, Notifications
  • User configuration and permissioning
  • Document ingestion, search, and retrieval
