Upgrade Specialist

Position Overview

The Upgrade Specialist at DocuPhase will play an important role in ensuring our customers are successfully upgraded on our products. This individual will work with our customers and support team.  

Upgrade Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Educate customers on basic configuration of system administration, installation and set-up
  • Perform upgrades based on customer requirements, schedule, and satisfaction
  • Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot issues in accordance with support ticket standards 
  • Assist the Support Team with issue resolutions when required.
  • Provide input and process improvement recommendations


  • Experience with Server OS, SQL, IIS, Basic Server/network topology understanding 
  • Experience working with our Services and Product Development organizations
  • Ability to appropriately set and manage expectations
  • Positive, ‘can do’ attitude
