Technical Support Engineer

Position Overview:

Pay Range: $35,000 - $55,000 per year

DocuPhase provides software and services for Enterprise Automation. It is a platform that includes everything an organization needs to execute on their Digital Transformation, Process Improvement and Growth strategies. We are the automation experts and you will become an automation subject matter expert. As such, you will have to have a great aptitude for understanding our technology and the client’s processes.

 

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will...

  • Install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade our specialized business process software for clients
  • Support and maintain internal servers and network infrastructure
  • Answer incoming calls and manage the queue to ensure tickets and inquiries are responded to and resolved in a timely manner, while achieving client satisfaction
  • Educate customers on basic configurations of the system administration, installation, and setup, including navigation and features within the DocuPhase system
  • Maintain daily updates to active tickets while utilizing set standards for responses, updates, and resolutions.
  • Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot application configuration and deployment issues
  • Identify UI-level errors and validate proper system configurations
  • Uphold customer service and communication standards
  • Meet or exceed metrics-based goals within the Support Department
  • Perform upgrades of the DocuPhase System

We'd love for you to have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of technical support principles and methodologies
  • SQL and Javascript understanding
  • Advanced technical capabilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
