Job Description:

Responsible for the consultative, education and direct support of DocuPhase ECM and Workflow implementations. The core competencies of this practice will include business process re-engineering, solution configuration and deployment of workflow automation solutions. As an implementer, this individual is responsible for proactive involvement in assessing client business requirement documentation and ensuring comprehensive quality in client deliverables.

As A Process Improvement Consultant, You Will...

  • Consult with, educate, and support DocuPhase implementations
  • Assess client business requirement documentation and ensure comprehensive quality in all client deliverables
  • Work with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that all activities associated with an assigned engagement or project have established proper ownership, responsibility, and accountability for all efforts
  • Review business requirements and create workflow models for enterprise-level business functions
  • Participate in design and roadmap discussions and provide strategic direction on the final design and deployment approach
  • Provide in-depth technical information to all appropriate entities
  • Ensure on-time completion of development efforts
  • Document test plans and results, technical issues, bugs, solutions, and other necessary activities to create a record of useful data for DocuPhase and its customers
  • Coordinate all implementation efforts with the DocuPhase Project Manager and lead associated steering committees as necessary
  • Manage activities for specific performance tests and technologies as a senior technical resource
  • Collaborate with functional teams to create and evaluate recommendations to improve process design
  • Create action plans and ensure effective execution against agreed upon deadlines
  • Participate in customer escalations in collaboration with QA and Development teams
  • Identify and investigate control and risk mitigation opportunities utilizing root cause analysis and problem solving techniques
  • Provide scoping of development efforts for new and current projects
  • Collaborate in the development of performance measurement systems and comprehensive management reporting to support effective process and performance management
  • Work with cross-functional teams to spearhead process improvement efforts and understand, document, and improve current processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support pre-sale needs assessments as necessary
  • Conduct training sessions as necessary in the areas of process improvement and customer solution
