Project Manager

Position Overview:

DocuPhase is growing and looking for high energy Project Manager who can help manage customers deployments for document management, workflow automation, AP Automation and Payment Processing. If you are interested in joining a growing company with a high energy culture, please apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages all facets of project management (schedule, quality & risk) for individual projects including planning, design, testing, closeout and turnover. Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares project delivery requirements, schedule & milestones, quality control and risk identification.
  • Leads project delivery resources/team (typically smaller team) providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
  • Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Leads and facilitates project meetings.
  • Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensures project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
  • Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives and approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, forecast and schedule.
  • Implements change requests, make recommendations, secure Client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, schedule, quality and risk with management support.
  • Implements standard risk management routines with management support, to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
  • Work with delivery teams for design and development, QA, UAT, production readiness and turnover to production/ operational support.

Required Skills/Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Prior BPA and or payments related experience is preferred.
  • Prior project coordination or management experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
