DocuPhase provides solutions for Enterprise Automation.  The platform includes everything an organization needs to execute their Digital Transformation, Process Improvement initiatives and Growth strategies.  Every organization is unique and our system molds to the processes that other technology has failed to solve.  We ARE the automation experts and you will become an automation subject matter expert.  As such, you will have to have a great aptitude for understanding our technology, the client’s processes and creating a vision for your prospect’s future, utilizing the technology and communicating the value of what the system can do.

As An Outside Sales Associate, You Will…


  • Attend conferences, networking events and thought leadership groups to establish long-term relationships with prospects, clients and partners
  • Need the ability to travel between 30 – 35% of the time domestically
  • Develop a deep knowledge of DocuPhase products and current client implementations to become a Subject Matter Expert on process improvement
  • Execute weekly sales activity of prospecting, initial meetings, discovery, follow-up, emails, demos, meetings, proposals and quote development tracking activity within the CRM
  • Prospect, research and document information on prospective clients and build proposals based on ROI and industry knowledge
  • Be expected to make 25+ cold calls daily and maintain an updated LinkedIn profile
  • Educate organizations on DocuPhase Enterprise Solutions through product demonstrations
  • Maintain an understanding of the product, contracts, and pricing structures, as well as understand the market and market trends
  • Collaborate with marketing, professional services, and client success departments to execute campaigns and implementations
  • Proactively identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Analyze the internal processes of prospects and document the DocuPhase solutions to enhance a prospect’s processes
  • Create an aligned vision with key executives of prospects, including C-level executives, during initial contact
  • Engage with prospects through phone follow-ups, timely offerings, and information resources until the sales opportunity is closed and delivered
  • Record all customer account information in the CRM, including all activities, detailed opportunity notes, commitments, conversations, demos, customer visits, and calls
  • Support the RFP process
  • Ensure an effective transition of new prospects/end-users from the pre-sales process to implementation and remain actively involved in the process
  • Develop and communicate accurate sales forecasting on a real-time basis and maintain an organized pipeline
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve the sales process and the overall growth of the sales team

 We’d Love You To Have Experience In…

  • Working with prospects and building relationships with individuals at all levels
  • As a sales representative/account manager, agency recruiter, or another client-facing position
  • In long sales cycles with a track record of success
  • Working in a start-up environment or building organizations from the ground level
  • Knowledge of multiple industry trends and operations gaining buy-in across departments

What We Offer You…

  • Base salary + commission (uncapped earning potential)
  • On Target Earnings Year 1 of $75,000 - $100,000, Year 2+ $100,000 - $175,000
