Marketing and Events Manager

Responsibilities: 

Events 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals. 
  • Identify and prioritize key industry events, trade shows, conferences, and other relevant opportunities for participation. 
  • Create compelling event-related content, including promotional materials, presentations, and collateral, to engage and educate attendees. 
  • Utilize digital marketing strategies to reach a wider audience and increase event attendance. 
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and on-site coordination for flawless execution. 

Marketing 

  • Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote events, including email marketing, social media, press releases, content marketing, and partnerships to maximize attendance and engagement. 
  • Collaborate with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of event marketing initiatives with broader marketing efforts. 
  • Segment email lists and create targeted, personalized email content.  
  • Monitor email campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize email marketing strategies. 

Vendor and Sponsor Relationships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event-related vendors, sponsors, and partners. 
  • Negotiate contracts, secure sponsorships, and manage vendor relationships to optimize event outcomes. 

Data Analysis

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of event marketing campaigns. 
  • Analyze and report on the performance of events, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. 

Branding 

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and on-brand event collateral. 
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to refine the brand strategy. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • 3-5 years of events experience
