Marketing Operations Manager

Overview: 

DocuPhase is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The Marketing Operations Manager plays an important and influential role in spearheading transformative initiatives across the go-to-market organization and fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders as the marketing subject matter expert. The ideal candidate is process-driven and has experience optimizing MAP, the existing tech stack, and marketing processes. This role will get to work directly with senior leaders within the organization. 

This is a hybrid role that requires two days in our Tampa office. Candidates that do not live in Tampa will be considered based on their skill set.

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Help build and optimize a robust tech stack for our Marketing & Sales team (primarily, Hubspot, SFDC, 6Sense, OutReach, RollWorks, Zoom Webinar)
  • Partner with Marketing Leadership and the Director of Marketing to optimize results for revenue-positive marketing programs and campaigns
  • Establish and nurture an efficient lead generation system to drive consistent company growth.
  • Ensure accurate data flow from campaigns to attribution and reporting frameworks by standardizing campaign operations. Maximize the potential of marketing technology through automation, integration, enablement and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives to meet predefined goals and KPIs.
  • Monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations and implement optimizations across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns
  • Measure, track, analyze, and regularly report on the effectiveness of programs; create projections and measure ROI.
  • Ensure optimal ROI on campaigns and initiatives by efficiently managing the marketing budget across multiple stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of accurately forecasting quarterly and yearly revenue goals for marketing initiatives. 
  • Enhance the value for prospects and customers by aligning teams across the company on a unified customer journey within the GTM strategy.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing Operations
  • Previous experience building marketing technology stacks and integrating tools to support business objectives
  • HubSpot and Salesforce experience is required
  • Hands-on experience building CRM workflows 
  • Deep knowledge of various performance marketing and demand generation channels (SEM, SEO, display, Content marketing, Review websites, Retargeting, Email, Offline, etc.)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deliverables
  • Must have B2B experience
  • This is a hybrid role that will require two days in the office. Remote candidates not based in Tampa will be considered based on experience.
