Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

Become part of a small and growing dynamic marketing team at DocuPhase! We are seeking a Marketing Manager to help meet the increased demands of our business as a result of strong growth.

Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic  self-starter who enjoys collaborating across teams and can see their projects through from concept to completion. 

You’ll be working with Sales, Product, and the Marketing team, helping to build campaigns that drive brand awareness and demand generation.

As a Marketing Manager, you will...

  • Develop, deploy, and manage marketing campaigns from concept to reporting.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns through a variety of digital marketing tactics and channels including SEM, social media, e-mail, display, content syndication/intent data, online review sites, and other industry/advertising partners
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to develop campaigns that are geared toward key personas and ideal customer profile.
  • Help to maintain the website and optimize landing pages and chat playbooks to improve lead conversions.
  • Create unique ad copy and email messaging that resonates with our target market and ideal customer.
  • Help the team to remain ahead of the competition and stay on top of industry trends.
  • Brainstorm new and creative ways to drive awareness and demand through digital, social and organic channels.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience with end-to-end campaign planning and management, including segmentation and attribution reporting (tech industry experience preferred but not required).
  • Experience developing and executing strategic B2B demand generation programs that drive bottom-line business impact 
  • Understanding of marketing funnel tactics and metrics by stage, and a proven history of improving funnel conversion.
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce a plus
  • Understanding of SEO best practices

Required skills:

  • Resourceful, analytical, problem-solving, process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to operate on a wide range of projects at one time while maintaining deadlines.
  • Comfortable developing campaigns from the ground up
  • Exhibit willingness and flexibility to work both independently as well as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for campaign growth.
