Content Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

DocuPhase is looking for a Content Marketing Manager that will help to create share-worthy content that drives awareness and creates demand for the business.

This role will help to develop the overall content strategy and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams. The ideal candidate enjoys finding new ways to reach our target audiences through compelling story telling.

This is a hybrid role, a couple of days in the office will be required to support team collaboration. Remote candidates will be considered based on prior experience.

As the Content Manager, you will...

  • Contribute to content production by writing blogs, case studies, and other supportive collateral such as infographics and product slicks.
  • Build relationships with subject matter authorities (internal and external) to find, create, or optimize stories into multi-channel formats, in-house and/or with external agencies.
  • Serve as the editor and reviewer of all content created by other contributors including product, demand, sales, and third party teams to drive consistency, quality, and accurate brand tone of voice
  • Help to define, create, and implement content projects to support brand awareness and adoption efforts.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to transform technical functionality into compelling stories and assets that drive brand awareness and adoption.
  • Analyze and define audience and business needs through gathering feedback from the market, prospects, and customers to build content strategies that address buyer persona pain points, needs and buying criteria.
  • Help to ensure that the website is updated regularly supporting SEO and demand generation efforts.
  • Help to ensure inter-departmental awareness of marketing assets and upcoming activities.
  • Perform keyword research supporting SEO efforts

Your background:

  • 4+ Years Experience in content marketing, professional writing/editing, ideally within a B2B environment. Product Marketing knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Experience in the enterprise software / SaaS space a plus.
  • Proven track record developing content and delivering success via organic content on digital and social platforms
  • Demonstrated advanced writing and editing skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of SEO tools and marketing trends.
  • Experience with video is a plus
