Position Overview:

DocuPhase, located in Clearwater, FL is actively seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist with a strong passion for people, culture, and technology. The ideal applicant will have worked in a technology company with at least 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced growth environment.

Job Summary

The HR Generalist is responsible for partnering with leadership across multiple office locations to drive culture, recruiting efforts, employee onboarding, employee growth, and all HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be located in the Clearwater, FL Headquarters. 

 

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Serves as a key Employee Relations contact for all company locations to respond and follow up on day-to-day HR-related issues such as performance management, benefits questions, attendance, payroll, and other workplace concerns.
  • Coordinates the full scope of the employee life cycle including identifying resourcing issues, implementing local staffing plans to ensure staffing levels are met, managing recruiting, outreach activities, onboarding, and exit practices.
  • Provides support and guidance to managers with the importance of maintaining a high-performing work environment and emphasizing coaching, counseling, policies, and standards.
  • Manages attendance tracking system and administers attendance policy.
  • Ensures effective company communication (monthly operations meetings, announcements, culture committee)
  • Completes reports according to established methodologies. Pulling and analyzing data from HRIS systems and related data sources in order to complete headcount reporting, department metrics, Annual Awards, Compensation, etc.
  • Coordinate and monitor employee reviews 90-day and EOY for target completion.
  • Assists in driving a high level of employee engagement by updating Company information, Coordination of on-site events: family day, holiday events, celebrations, sales meetings, community, etc.
  • Update and maintain job descriptions.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels
  • Must have strong computer skills with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Ability in coaching and advising supervisors and managers on employee relations issues.

Education And Experience

  • 3 to 5 years in an HR Generalist role

 

Preferred

  • Experience working at a software development and/or technology company
  • Experience managing multi-location offices.
