Director of Demand Generation

 

DocuPhase is seeing a Director / Senior Director of Demand Generation. This role will lead strategy and execution of full-funnel (prospecting, retargeting, and nurture) multi-channel campaigns through a variety of growth marketing tactics and channels: email, website, paid advertising, SEO, online reviews, field marketing, industry publications and more. You will oversee the Demand Generation team to continue to drive quality lead volume and revenue through inbound and outbound marketing activities. 

Responsibilities 

  • Proven experience managing a GTM Strategy for a SaaS organization, or financial services institution supporting aggressive revenue growth 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing plans, working closely with external subcontractors. 
  • Drive brand awareness and positioning in the Design-Build industry through collaborative efforts. 
  • Identify challenges and emerging issues faced by the company, working with leadership team and staff to recognize internal and external marketing and communications opportunities and solutions, and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them. 
  • Help to frame essential elements of DocuPhase’s messaging and value proposition, with the goal of establishing both market and thought leadership and increasing revenue and market share. 
  • Serve as marketing and communications subject matter expert, both internally and externally, as well as media contact for all media-related initiatives and events.  
  • Oversee development of all communications including marketing collateral, electronic communications, website content, event materials, and digital and social media 
  • Help to develop event strategy to determine the right mix of conferences and participation levels, giving priority to events that provide speaking opportunities for Banyan customers to share their outcomes. 
  • Help oversee the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Department, including budgeting, planning and staff development.  

Qualifications 

  • Demonstrated experience and leadership in managing comprehensive strategic marketing and communications 
  • Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and results. 
  • Experience in building, mentoring, and coaching a marketing team. 
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution. 
  • 8+ Years Experience in marketing and communications 
  • Marketing experience across different disciplines such as public relations, advertising, digital media desired.
