Customer Success Manager

Position Overview:

DocuPhase is growing and looking for a high-energy Customer Success Manager who desires to positively impact our customers experience throughout their journey.  

As a member of the team, the customer success manager will own the customer experience and it starts with working with the client in their user acceptance testing and training the client on their solution.  

The Customer Success Manager will continue to nurture the client post go live with consistent touch points. DocuPhase works with clients to address their needs with document management, workflow automation, advances capture and AP Automation and Payment Processing.  If you are interested in joining a growing company with a high energy culture, please apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients in their user acceptance testing period.  
  • Train customer on the use of their system from end to end.
  • Produce customer documentation for the client and internal support.
  • Conduct Performance and Process Improvement Audits.
  • Implement change requests, make recommendations, secure Client approvals, and issue change orders. Assess change requests to determine impacts to scope, schedule, quality and risk with management support.
  • Implement standard risk management routines with management support to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project impediments.
  • Work with delivery teams for design and development, QA, UAT, production readiness and turnover to production/ operational support.

Required Skills/Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Prior Customer Success Experience
  • Prior training experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
