Content Marketing Manager

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in helping us achieve our demand generation goals and establish DocuPhase as a thought leader in the industry.

We're seeking someone who thrives on staying one step ahead of the market. You should have a knack for spotting industry trends and turning them into captivating content, whether it's long-form articles or bite-sized snippets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a content calendar
  • Develop new blogs for the website
  • Write web copy and blogs that are SEO-friendly
  • Work cross-functionally with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently.
  • Optimize existing content and develop new content by following SEO best practices.
  • Transform product features into shareable and engaging website pages, slicks, and presentations
  • Draft press releases that are relevant to the business
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to ensure content is supporting goals to not only capture but nurture prospects through their journey to customer.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exceptional business writing skills and strong grasp of grammar and style; can visualize as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content. 
  • Exceptional time management and collaboration skills
  • Strength in juggling multiple projects, prioritizing effectively between competing deliverables.
  • Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation
  • 3+ years of content marketing experience, preferably writing about Technology for B2B companies.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and channels
  • Experience writing for a senior executive audience.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and HubSpot is a plus but not required.
  • Experience writing for Finance or Automation is a big plus
