Content Marketing Manager


The Content Marketing Manager will contribute to the overall content strategy for DocuPhase. 

The Content Marketing Manager will develop and maintain a content calendar in partnership with Demand Generation and internal subject matter experts. . This role will create shareable pieces that will be used for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement to support the revenue and growth goals of the business. This is a highly collaborative role that will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) across various departments. 

The ideal candidate prides themselves on being ahead of the market. S/he will be passionate about identifying and prioritizing strategic Marketing Communication opportunities and driving overall strategy

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Exceptional time management and collaboration skills
  • Experience in creating various types of content such as ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs, etc.
  • Manage and develop a blogging strategy
  • Update web content, working with digital marketing, product marketing, and creative.
  • Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot and social media analytics tools
  • Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently
  • Optimize existing content and develop new content by following SEO best practices.
  • Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
  • Ability to transform product features into shareable and engaging website pages, slicks, and presentations

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exceptional business writing skills and strong grasp of grammar and style; can visualize as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content. 
  • Strength in juggling multiple projects, prioritizing effectively between competing deliverables.
  • Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience including knowledge of building content calendars from scratch. 
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and channels
  • Experience writing for a senior executive audience.
  • Familiarity with SEO and keyword research methods.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop & InDesign, specifically).
