Position Overview:
As an Account Manager (AM) at DocuPhase, you will be responsible for engaging with existing clients to understand their business processes, challenges and present additional DocuPhase products and services to sell deeper into the account. Responsibilities include performing account reviews, an analysis to qualify opportunities, building pipeline, forecasting, and closing business. This position will be customer-facing and requires exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. The AM position requires technical competence with DocuPhase products for the purposes of educating how technology can drive process workflows, electronic forms, and infrastructure solutions. The successful AM will own the client relationship from collaborating with the Vice President of Sales to being responsible for preparing and delivering customer presentations, quotes and proposals. This role will also be relied on to share insight and knowledge with the rest of the Sales & Marketing team.
As an Account Executive, you will...
- Responsible for the overall business development, client engagement, and client lifecycle of DocuPhase’s product and service offerings to existing customers.
- Execute detailed in-person and remote product presentations and web demonstrations of DocuPhase’s software capabilities to C-level executives, directors and managers in accounting, operations, and IT.
- Expanding DocuPhase’s footprint within a base of existing strategic customers.
- Document and track all potential and existing client interactions and lead follow-through using Salesforce.
- Identify and utilize internal resources (Executives, sales engineering, customer success, etc.) to develop strategic relationships with key executives in current and new accounts to drive DocuPhase sales and expansion.
- Identify popular business problems and assist customers in understanding DocuPhase offerings.
- Maintaining close professional relationships with all points of contact.
- Provide feedback to management on product gaps and competitor challenges.
- Provide feedback marketing on lead and campaign performance.
Required Skills/Competencies
- 2-4 years B2B Software Sales/Account Management Experience.
- Experience running a “Solution / Consultative Sale” process.
- Excellent speaking and presentations skills combined with an impressive savviness for networking within complex business structures.
- Demonstrated ability to have high levels of customer satisfaction for accounts under your control.
- Prior experience using sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo to manage and grow business.
