As an Account Executive (AE) at DocuPhase, you will be responsible for engaging with existing and new customers to understand their business processes, challenges and presenting DocuPhase products and services to close new business. Responsibilities include performing initial analysis to qualify opportunities, building pipeline, forecasting, and closing business. This position will be customer-facing and requires exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. The AE position requires technical competence with DocuPhase products for the purposes of educating how technology can drive process workflows, electronic forms, and infrastructure solutions. The successful AE will own the prospect relationship from collaborating with the Director of Sales to being responsible for preparing and delivering customer presentations, quotes and proposals. This role will also be relied on to share insight and knowledge with the rest of the Sales & Marketing team.
